Pony Jorgensen ships orders placed through this website on business days (non-holidays, Monday - Friday).
Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Our shipping and fulfillment process is extremely fast, making it nearly impossible to cancel orders within the necessary timeframe. We will do our best to intercept orders whenever possible. 

REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at
Customer Care at customercare@ponyjorgensen.com to initiate a refund process. Items purchased through store.ponyjorgensen.com can be subject to a refund. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Any items purchased at another retailer, must be returned to that retailer.

If items are defective, please email Customer Care at customercare@ponyjorgensen.com.


Items purchased through store.ponyjorgensen.com or directly from Pony Jorgensen can be returned to Pony Jorgensen. Any items purchased at another retailer, must be returned to that retailer. If a promotional item was included with the original purchase, it must be returned to receive a full refund. If you would like to keep the promotional item, the value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Sorry, the shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards, final clearance items and items sold “as is” are not returnable.
